Post 2

So I said I’d post again and well here we are…
I haven’t had any questions or any word from anyone but I guess that was to be expected. I’d be pretty skeptical too. My post seem to have been noticed though and I’ll get into that shortly. I’ve been trying to keep a routine so I don’t go out of my mind. It peculiar not to be at the school or lab during the day, but I’ve managed to get money and even a job doing odds and ends for locals. Thank god!
But anyway. I have noticed that there has been some strange cars hanging around my local spots. I thought it was just my imagination playing tricks on me seeing things that didn’t mean anything but it turned out I wasn’t. There were three of the same make of car, all in black, all with blacked out windows. I know… It sounds like a crazy men in black story, but when you’re in my position and have been where I have been with my work, I can tell you. It’s true!
I am starting to think that I may have ended up being the only one that was flung here! But anyway, I now need to start thinking about my way back if that’s even possible from this dimension. But yes I have been looking into it trying to log in to off the book servers or dark web outlets but I’m coming up stuck, there doesn’t seem to be anyone working on inter-dimensional travel and I really don’t want to approach people with my own tech due to differences I’ve noticed in technology itself.
Next on my agenda of knowledge to put out is that I’m not living on the street even though that would have probably been peoples first thoughts, I am living with a small family who think I am a traveler as I don’t have much on me… I never planned for this so yeah… I’m safe and warm at least and I’ve made sure if I am being followed that I am not followed to this family’s residence, thankfully.
Like I explained I’m primarily a scientist, but this isn’t my only job. Really it’s how I got into it I am very knowledgeable in security so I know my way around confidentiality and NDA so I can tell when I business deals with such a thing so I think this is going to be my next point of call, to see if there are people in the area that are working on IDT tech.
